Hampton Inn New Albany Louisville West

Be careful. Arriving at night, even with GPS, finding the right way off the freeway and into this location can be tricky but not impossible for an out of town guest. We are higher ranking Hilton Honors members so as far as Hampton Inn's go, this one needs some help. The rooms felt cramped given what felt like a very low ceiling. The cabinet door covering the refrigerator had broken hinges and fell off at will. The HVAC was unusually loud. In room towel supply was substandard. Every other location we've frequented has two complete sets but this location only had one hand and bath towel with a washcloth for two in room guests. The biggest thing we noticed with this location was the twenty minute wait we had at the front desk before anyone arrived to check in the by then long line of guests. The manager apologized for the wait claiming an employee went home without checking first. Frankly, I didn't believe one word of it. It felt disingenuous. Will we stay here again? Likely not.

Very convenient location right off the highway in a safe neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean. They serve a nice hot breakfast. Definitely will stay there again when in the area

The night Audit lady was amazing and very sweet offered us fresh cookies! went down for breakfast and it was delicious! front desk agent named Jason was wonderful to talk too and very kind. me & my girlfriend enjoyed our stay and most definitely would stay again!! ((:

Excellent hotel, room very clean, staff very attentive lobby nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good! Fresh hot coffee and juices. Only issue was front elevator broke down on the last night there; a second elevator at the other end of the building was working and saved all of the guests from carrying luggage down the stairs. 9/10 for my stay.

I've stayed at this location many times in 2025. This last time I stayed, I get to my room (I did online check-in, and used my phone to unlock doors). The door wasn't pulled shut, I walk in and see an empty beer bottle on the bathroom counter. The room obviously wasn't cleaned properly then secured properly. I only stayed three days, but on the 3rd day I walk in my room after work, and the room smelled of mold so badly from the AC. This location definitely needs some good maintenance. Overall I give it a 4 star rating. The staff is mostly always super accommodating, the breakfast is usually on point. The grounds are always clean, plenty of parking, great location. The maintenance needs to be done on every room on a yearly basis. Cleaning the AC's, clean the carpets, etc.

We stayed a Friday&Saturday night everything was as expected. As for the good it was very close to Restaurants so you could walk to them. Also the rooms have a microwave and refrigerator. Alot of channels on the T.V. The Coffee was available 24/7 The Staff were very courteous. Now for the Not So Bad.The A/C either was to hot or freezing I almost fell a couple times taking a shower it was very slippery. The breakfast was good but no biscuits & Gravy on Saturday only Sunday. It was also very hot at the tables trying to eat my breakfast it was like they were trying to get me to eat less food. But for the price I would definitely stay again. It's very adequate.

Very nice Hotel spent 2 night here very pleased with my stay great breakfast clean rooms everything I could have expected great location I believe this hotel is way underrated

Top places I've stayed At honestly. The beds and pillows?? Omg. I have back problems, I was able to walk after sleeping here! Staff is amazing and helpful, and the breakfast was phenomenal. Honestly 100/10.
